It is very important that you continue to vaccinate your puppy every 3 weeks for the next 2-3 months or as recommended by your Vet. Your health guarantee will be VOID if you use a vaccine with a LEPTOSPIROSIS (LEPTO) virus. DO NOT GIVE THE NASAL KENNEL COUGH VACCINE! _______Seller guarantees health on puppy for the first 48 hours of purchase. It is mandatory that the puppy be taken to your local Vet within 48 hours of purchase for a well puppy exam, a.k.a new puppy exam. You must email the Vet’s findings for the vet check to tiffany@tinypawspuppydogs.com; this must be done within 72 hours of pick up of your new puppy. Seller is not responsible for any Vet fees that may incur. This is the purchaser's responsibility. If the puppy does not get its mandatory Vet check-up and the Vet’s findings are not faxed within 72 hours, this guarantee is NULL and VOID. This guarantee does not cover intestinal parasites, external parasites, or bacteria. Should your Vet find that the above puppy has a genetic defect, the puppy will be replaced with the next available puppy at equal value only with a statement by your Vet and a recheck by an independent Vet stating the same findings.. Such defects covered under this guarantee are limited to those which are determined by a licensed veterinarian to be (1) terminal in nature; (2) Significantly and substantially diminish the quality of life. The congenital health guarantee will be in place until your puppy turns one year of age. _______The breeder is not responsible for Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).Free feed your puppy! _______Puppy size is not guaranteed. _______ No Cash Refunds will be given. All deposits are non-refundable. If you have placed a deposit or paid in full for a puppy and that puppy becomes sick or passes in our care, you may transfer the money (your deposit or payment in full) to any available puppy or future puppy. Tiny Paws Puppy Dogs will have a reasonable time in which to provide the replacement puppy. There are NO refunds. _______IF for any reason you cannot keep your puppy, it MUST be turned over to Tiffany Burlison, AKA Tiny Paws Puppy Dogs/ Texas Tiny Paws. We WILL take legal action if the puppy is rehomed without our written consent. Our puppies will NEVER see the inside of a shelter! There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. No compensation will be offered. If for any reason you wish to return your puppy, the return airfare will be paid by the buyer. I insure all of the puppies when they are checked in for their flight, if any problems occur during the flight it must be taken up with Continental Airlines Pet Safe Program. _______ Jurisdiction and venue of any dispute arising hereunder will be in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas. In the event of any dispute between the parties with regard to the construction or application of any of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this Agreement, such dispute shall be settled by mediation or by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The claim will first be mediated, and, if not resolved by mediation, the claim will be settled through binding arbitration. The mediation and arbitration shall be conducted in the City of San Marcos, Texas, unless both parties consent to a different location. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all Parties. The prevailing party shall be awarded all filing fees and related administrative costs, including, but not limited to, the costs of subpoenas, depositions, transcripts and the like, witness fees, payment of reasonable attorney's fees, and similar costs related to collecting an arbitrator's award. Any questions involving contract interpretation shall use the laws of the State of Texas. An arbitrator's decision may be entered in any jurisdiction in which the party has assets in order to collect any amounts due hereunder.
